Malaga- Interactive Music Museum- MIMMA

I love dr.Shefalis work and her books where she points out how we parents create dream visions of how our perfect child will be. I am guilty. One of the things I have a picture of in my mind is how both children play at least one instrument and of course does it with passion. So far we have had different kinds of "play- instruments" in our house and both kids have shown some interest. But not any Mozart- tendencies, except for the singing princess who would rather live in a musical than our dull life where her brother yells every time she sings.

At the interactive music museum both surprised me. They loved all the instruments, but surely found their favourites which they played and wished we had at home. Maybe there is hope for my dream of having a private tutor for them who can come and teach them, and me of course, the skills so we can surprise everyone at family gatherings with our own concert. Or we could just become youtube superheroes as the best happy family. Or not. Lol.

Both kids requested that we went back to the museum and the second time we made movies and took our time. Caspian sang songs from the movie Coco while he played the guitar. Little Violet sang almost everywhere we went, but her favourite was the piano. She made music where she matched the tone of the piano with her voice and emotion. She has in fact said she will be a pop star when she grows up and I will say she is one already. She has some class in the way she carries herself.

I think we will enjoy one more time there before we leave the city. At the top floor there are chairs and tables to sit for a snack if you want that.
The price was 5 euros for adults, 3 euros for kid at 8 and the girl at 6 was free.

More pics will come when google photo is done uploading all the music videos :p It's pretty dark in the play rooms so I didn't get the best quality photos.
